step 1 open outlook go to tools, e-mail accounts
step 2 select add a new e-mail account, click next
step 3 select pop3 and click next
step 4 enter your name and full email address
step 5 enter mail.yourwebsitename in the incoming field
for example: mail.greeneandassoc.com
you will need to use your ISP's mail server for the
outgoing field, possible examples: (pop.phnx.qwest.net,
smtp.west.cox.net, smtp.earthlink.net)
step 6 enter your full email
address in the user name field, and enter
your password
step 7 click test account settings
step 8 now click close and check your email to confirm
you received the test message
