step 1 open outlook express and go to tools, accounts
step 2 click add and then click mail
step 3 enter your name and click next
step 4 enter your full email address and click next
step 5 enter mail.yourwebsitename in the incoming field
for example: mail.greeneandassoc.com
you will need to use your ISP's mail server for the
outgoing field, possible examples: (pop.phnx.qwest.net,
smtp.west.cox.net, smtp.earthlink.net)
click next
step 6 enter your full email
address in the account name field, and enter
your password, click next
step 7 click finish
step 8 check your email and test your settings by sending
yourself a test message
